Thank you stackers!
I can’t believe we are on VOLUME 2 of this publication. That means it’s in its second calendar-year of being in operation. This is the first issue of the year for January. There is a lot going on in the world right now. It is not all good. But there are plenty of positives, if you know where to look. Take this newsletter, for example. It is something that was a pet project of mine last year after being laid off and - while getting my memoir published - all seemed lost. Now, we have more followers (subscribers) than I ever imagined. I am getting to share more content with you. And, I learned more about this platform to help improve the experience. Not only that, but I feel so much gratitude. You all make this possible. Thank you so much for reading and still being subscribers. This is an example of something positive in the world for me. It means a great deal.
Anyway, on to the new issue!
New ‘Weird’ Things
Updated color theme; midnight blue with lightning blue accents - gives it a more eerie, cool look-and-feel. Who doesn’t love a thunderstorm?
Updated homepage layout and design; improves readability and discoverability of previous content. Yay for evolution.
Updated top navigation bar helps you find what you are looking for quicker. My my, it’s almost too easy. You’ll see some of the old links, but some new ones also like ‘Author Page’, ‘Submit your Weird’, and ‘About’.
Now you can submit reports of your own weird experiences. You can click on the navigation tab ‘Submit your ‘Weird’’ above, or you can go directly there with this link: https://forms.gle/Qy5aYRcoxry15pFr9.
The ‘About’ page has had some edits and updates to help stackers learn more about this publication and who I am. It had previously been missed and neglected, which meant it was left in its native, generic, boilerplate format.
I am considering turning on paid subscriptions in 2025. In an effort to be ready, I have made the necessary configurations to accepts payments on the platform. My preference would be to accept donations, much like Filer’s Files did. For now, KWFs will remain free to all. If I can figure out the donations’ aspect, that is like what I will do.

JennInquiries Podcast
In January, I was a guest on the podcast JennInquiries. I was joined by guests Preston Dennet, Nancy Thames, and Dan Dillman. To say the least, I was awestruck and suffered from imposter syndrome. We covered some great topics on aliens, the human condition, recent whistleblower claims, and more.
Check out the episode here.
NUFORC Updates
NUFORC posted a blog article in January which talks about four cases into which they investigate. Their findings and reports can be found here, which are interesting to say the least.
According to their data, it seems January received 597 new reports. You can check them out here.
Book Update
My memoir is getting an upgrade. It is now scheduled for an update and new manuscript release sometime in early 2025, if everything goes right. I am still looking into if it will be a new, separate book, or an update to the existing version available on Amazon. There will be improved editing, tightened prose, revised passages, added content, and more images to help paint a clearer picture of things I speak of in the book. It is now sitting at 343 pages, minus the ‘About’ the Author page. Keep an eye out for more on this as time goes on.
Jake Barber Interview Response
The raw, full-length interview with Ross is linked here. It is nearly three hours long.
I originally heard about this story coming out via Facebook and was dubious at first. I am not deeply familiar with NewsNation nor Ross Coulthart. Currently, I am getting up to speed more now. I saw a thumbnail of Jake, not the interview. When I first saw that thumbnail, I was a little shocked. Jake struck me as a person on some kind of hyper-energizing, mind-altering substance. What made me feel that was the expression on his face. Wide open eyes, grimace, wrinkled forehead, and some signs of perspiration. At the very least, it made me wonder about what he had to say. After that, I read the edited transcript of the interview. It seemed like a well orchestrated interview with some obviously startling revelations. The basic framework of what was being revealed is nothing new. The government covered up crashed-alien craft retrieval programs. We have heard that many times in the past. What was new was the details including the shape and nature of the craft, the health effects of what Jake and his team encountered, and possibly some of the protocols used to contact these craft in so far as it is not exactly like Dr. Steven Greer. Today, I scanned through the whole interview. For the most part, I think that thumbnail was a poor representation, as his expression calmed and felt more normal throughout many portions. Although, he still seemed agitated. He likely was feeling deep emotions and conviction while talking about it. Most of what was being said would be earth-shattering for most uninitiated. So I get why it is considered a huge deal. If you are from with the ‘program’ as he calls it or an experiencer, I find most of the interview to be sort of a review of things we already know. Just maybe not his particular, personal story. I was about to offer a credible passing grade until I heard his final comments to Ross. Through his words, I interpret as him saying he wants a government contract with his private company to investigate these things he witnessed and the phenomenon itself. Questionable motivation? You tell me.

Trump’s Drone Report
The much anticipated, Trump-promised ‘drone’ report was late. Not really a shock to anyone, I think. When it did arrive, it was not all that helpful, in my opinion. Fox News released a small article about it, stemming from a news conference. Essentially, we received information that they were FAA-authorized drones, hobbyists, and private drones. Still, seems odd that we could not know that back when this all started. A lot of hush-hush for research drones. Go figure.
Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoy the new bits of this publication. I will work on tweaking things overtime as well. If you have feedback, please let me know.
Keep reading and keep looking up. Remember, the truth is still out there.
Sincerely,
Tim Kaney
